On completion of the application you will receive soft copy of welcome letter from our side which will include customer ID, dental treatment costing and dental provider details.
This Customer ID can be used at any of the plan's providers.Just show your dental provider the Customer id and they will honour the discounted rate according to the fee schedule of your plan. You can see a dentist as soon as you have an appointment. Sometimes members join a plan and use it the very same day..
Oraplan has more than 1000+ Empanelled Dental clinics in 10+ cities through out India which have been audited and certified as Oraplan Provider. You may choose the location convenient and we will direct you to the nearest provider who will be the care giver for you.
